My name is Vivi.

Everyone’s first impression of me would be petite, sweet, cute, quiet ….. just like the girl next door. I wouldn’t blame you if you think these descriptions fit me. But once you get to know me a little bit more, you may be surprised by me. What you think may not be what you see.

I’m an opinionated girl next door.

Behind what’s on the surface, I’m actually a very stubborn, fiery, temperamental, and impatient kind of girl. That is to say, I’m not an angel and I’m not perfect. But I’m happy being me. People who love me stay. People who don’t? I don’t give a damm.

I’m not the kind who enjoys partying or doing anything wild and crazy. I’m also not the typical girl who loves pink and screech at the highest pitch. In fact, everyone gets a little shock when they first hear me speak.

I’m adventurous and game to try anything that’s fun! Most of the time, I love to get out of the house and enjoy the company of my friends and family. Other times, I would just be at home, sitting down with a book on one hand and a cuppa on the other.

I’m a happy person in general, or at least in front of my friends. I don’t like to be a burden to anybody. I don’t like to think negatively and I always have a way to keep my mind going in the positive direction.

They say real friends are like dollars and fake friends are like cents. I’d rather have 4 dollars than 50 cents.
In my life, I’ve made plenty of friends. Some stayed some didn’t. I believe efforts need to be made in order to maintain the friendship. And in 2012, I’ll try to make that little effort to my friends. I want my BFFS to know that I’ll be there as long as they want me to be there.

My greatest gift is to be able to born in this family of mine.
Even though we aren’t wealthy but I enjoyed being together with my family. They brought laughter to my life. They are the only people whom I can trust wholeheartedly. Even if 2012 marks the end of the world, I know I’ll be in safe hands wherever I’ll be as long as I’m with them.

I’m also blessed to have found my first love. A man who is as cuddly as a bear but he’s more than just a teddy bear. He’s my knight in armour, who’ll protect me if I need him, who will wipe away my tears when I’m sad, who will take care of me when I’m sick. Someone who will be there to listen to me and someone whom I’ll do the same to him too.

Coming year will be our FIVE YEARS ANNIVERSARY! Yeah, we’re gonna have that “damm! They are still together” kind of relationship.

One of my greatest interest is in taking care of my skin. I’m like a beauty bible that friends turn to whenever they need advice. In this blog, along side with my usual daily lifestyle entries, you’ll probably see a lot of beauty advices and reviews which I’ve tried and tested. You’ll get to know products which I love or hate.

I do not aim to make this a beauty blog entirely, but rather a blog that tells people who I am and what my habits are. One of the greatest habit I have is in taking care of my skin. I also wish to influence all my readers to start taking care of your skin now. Afterall, if you are fortunate enough, your skin will be with you for 80 years.
