I just had my 2 bottles of Japan D’Tox Cranberry Juice for the past 2 days.
I think it smells good and has Cranberry Sweet Taste. But somehow it tasted a little like medicine but tolerable. It is about 30ml so you could finish it within a few big sips.

I took it after my dinner and fruits, which is between 8pm and 9pm. Since I don’t sleep that early, I was waiting for my defecation to start between 10pm to 1pm . Do note that I don’t suffer from any constipation and had my regular bowels everyday, sometimes up to 2 or 3 times daily.

But …. I experienced no defecation on the first day of drinking. I read up the site and it states that is completely normal if you don’t experience any detoxification on the first day since different people react differently due to the absorption capabilities of the body.You’ll have to continue for a week to see the improvement.

On the second day of drinking it, I had a little detoxification about 4 hours later. Yes only a little. And I’m not even sure if it is my regular bowels or if it is because of the drink.
But one thing I did notice yesterday was I farted a lot in the room. Yes like A LOT. And I wonder if letting out gas is a sign of detoxification as well?

Oh well, I’ll definitely continue and drink and let you know the progress again!
